Sales Support Officer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Expert advice to customers on technical products and solutions by telephone

• Responsibility for the entire order process - from the initial customer enquiry to order completion

• Preparation of meaningful offers as well as proactive follow-up with customers

• Active support and close cooperation with the field sales team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have successfully completed a technical basic education in the building services sector or a solid training as a plumber in the sanitary field

• Ideally, you have some initial sales experience in internal sales, which will facilitate your entry

• Good IT user skills, especially in handling MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook), distinguish you

• You communicate confidently in German and have very good written and spoken skills

• Flexibility, reliability and a strong team spirit in a motivated and collegial environment are natural for you

• A customer-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in customer contact complete your profile
