Job description
We are currently recruiting an Automation Engineer – F/H/X to join our team based in Geneva, Switzerland, ideally starting in September. You will be responsible for programming assembly and precision machines and will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from study to commissioning.
🔥Your missions:
- Develop and program assembly machines on Rockwell or Siemens controllers.
- Program high-precision equipment on Beckhoff controllers.
- Actively participate in all project stages: study, development, commissioning, testing, and documentation writing.
- Plan and ensure project follow-up in close collaboration with your colleagues and the project manager.
- Provide technical support and travel to our clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.
🎯Your profile:
- You master programming environments on controllers, ideally Rockwell Studio5000 and Siemens TIA Portal.
- You have experience with CodeSys (PLC Structured Text and Motion), particularly with Beckhoff TwinCat 3.
- Skills in industrial computing, networks, and/or advanced languages (C#, Python) would be an asset.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders: colleagues, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
- You have 3 to 15 years of experience in the field.
