Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and monitoring of daily operations in mechanical manufacturing
• Technical support for CNC operators, setters, and employees in the machining area
• Ensuring efficient material and order flow within production
• Assisting with prioritisation and processing of manufacturing orders
• Monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards
• Supporting troubleshooting and escalating issues to the Team Leader
• Conducting or supporting shopfloor meetings
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new employees
• Monitoring key figures such as productivity, scrap rate, OEE, and on-time delivery
• Participating in lean, continuous improvement, and process optimisation projects
• Deputising for the Team Leader during their absence

Requirements

• Technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable mechanical profession
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing or mechanical production
• Solid knowledge of machining processes, tools, and production workflows
• High quality and process awareness
• Strong organisational skills as well as solution-oriented and independent working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Willingness to take responsibility in day-to-day operations
