Main Responsibilities
- Coordination and monitoring of daily operations in mechanical manufacturing
- Technical support for CNC operators, setters, and employees in the machining area
- Ensuring efficient material and order flow within production
- Assisting with prioritisation and processing of manufacturing orders
- Monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards
- Supporting troubleshooting and escalating issues to the Team Leader
- Conducting or supporting shopfloor meetings
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new employees
- Monitoring key figures such as productivity, scrap rate, OEE, and on-time delivery
- Participating in lean, continuous improvement, and process optimisation projects
- Deputising for the Team Leader during their absence
Requirements
- Technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable mechanical profession
- Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing or mechanical production
- Solid knowledge of machining processes, tools, and production workflows
- High quality and process awareness
- Strong organisational skills as well as solution-oriented and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with ERP systems and common MS Office applications
- Willingness to take responsibility in day-to-day operations
