Tasks
- Begleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Alltag.
- Gestaltung und Mitwirkung im Lebensraum der Bewohner*innen.
- Arbeit im selbstführenden Team mit Verantwortung und Reflexion.
Skills
- Erfahrung in der Sozialpädagogik und Interesse an anthroposophischen Ansätzen.
- Freude an Teamarbeit und Offenheit für unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten.
- Interesse an Leitungsaufgaben und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.

About the job
The Humanushaus, a member of the Camphill Movement, offers a place for over 100 people with support needs to shape their lives individually and developmentally, based on the anthroposophical view of humanity, with a diverse cultural programme.
In 12 residential groups with different characters and in various buildings, people with support needs live, partly in individual studios, partly in communal living arrangements. The Birke residential group supports people in residential training, in studios or in assistance. A team of seven people accompanies 14 persons with support needs. The diversity of personalities determines the forms of support.
We are looking for a social pedagogue 80% immediately or by arrangement.
We expect from you:
- Experience and interest in supporting people with support needs
- Enjoyment in co-creating the living environment of the residents
- Interest in working in a self-managing team, willingness to work independently including shifts covered alone
- Taking responsibility, interest in leadership tasks
- Understanding and interest in a holistic / anthroposophical view of humanity
- Willingness for self-reflection, humour and openness
- Work with a system of reference persons
