Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with DMG MORI Experience

Tasks

Independent setup and operation of modern CNC lathes from DMG MORI
Manufacture of demanding individual parts and small series
Programming, optimising and correcting CNC programmes
Setting up tools, clamping devices and measuring instruments
Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality
Carrying out dimensional checks and documenting the test results
Identifying and resolving manufacturing problems
Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience in CNC turning
Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC lathes
Experience with DMG MORI is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
