The Vocational Training Center Arbon is responsible for the educational training of around 850 vocational learners in the four service professions of retail, logistics, MPA, and dental assistants, as well as for three classes of the Integration Course II of the Canton of TG. About 50 teachers work at BZA.

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, with further education in finance (e.g. accounting clerk) or contract management
- Several years of professional experience in the education sector or in a public administration
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Proficient PC user skills, including Microsoft Office 365, experience with the school software SchulNetz and Fabasoft is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss contract law (especially OR) as well as experience with financial software (e.g. Abacus HR Prod / Abacus TG Prod, BUFIS)
- Resilience, flexibility, high independence, discretion
- Team ability
Your Tasks
- Support for the school management in administrative and legal matters
- Processing and monitoring of school finances (budgeting, accounting, financial management)
- Management and control of employment contracts with employees, suppliers, and partner organizations
- Contact person for internal and external partners on finance and contract-related questions
- Administrative support in organizing school operations, including managing the administration software SchulNetz
- Creating reports, statistics, and evaluations
- A versatile and responsible activity in a dynamic school environment
