We are looking for our client, a financial services company in Zurich, for an immediate start or by arrangement, a customer service clerk. In this role, you will be responsible together with a young, dynamic team for the following tasks:* Check new applications for completeness, request missing documents* Evaluate applications according to internal company guidelines* Telephone and written advice and support for customers in German, French, and English* Contact with offices and authorities* Administrative support within the teamFor this position, we are looking for a person with the following profile:* Commercial basic training or equivalent (e.g., business school)* Experience in a customer-oriented role (e.g., call center, travel agency, telecommunications, etc.)* Very good German skills in spoken and written form* Good to very good English and French skills* Good MS Office skills, SAP an advantage* Age from 20 to 50 yearsWe look forward to receiving your complete application, preferably at info@vistoria.ch
