Your tasks
- Advising and supporting residents, project authors, and other authorities at the counter and by phone; assisting with procedure management as well as independent administrative processing of building applications (e.g., publications, updating building software, issuing building permits, etc.)
- Organizational and administrative support of the head of structural engineering and the procedure managers
- Data maintenance, preparing protocols, reports, and statistics
- Support in connection with the municipal inventory of protected objects
- If suitably qualified and trained, taking on further independent tasks is possible
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably in an administration
- Professional experience in a municipal administration or a planning or engineering office is an advantage
- Initial contact with Zurich planning and building law is an advantage
- Confident oral and written expression in German
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and openness to new and unknown things
- Independent, structured, reliable, and precise way of working
- Very good IT skills (MS Office), GemDat building software is an advantage
