Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for nurses to work in home care.
The missions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Assess the nature of the request coming from a professional in the Geneva socio-health network and respond as quickly as possible or direct the situation to a more appropriate service;
- Intervene and jointly conduct a socio-health assessment with the nurse, providing social expertise and developing short-term intervention projects, while ensuring compliance with legal limits in interventions;
- Offer the beneficiary and their entourage means to reduce the intensity of the crisis or emergency felt; provide listening and support aimed at immediately restoring their balance and that of their entourage;
- Carry out a written report of each intervention, accurately detailing the assessment, services provided, and the chosen direction;
- Evaluate the course and relevance of the care provided in each intervention;
- Participate in team meetings and supervisions outside intervention hours;
- Actively participate in sessions with partners.

Profile sought:
The ideal profile for this position is a nurse with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) or a mandatory diploma recognition for foreign diplomas valid in the canton of Geneva.
You must also have an excellent knowledge of protocols and standards in force in the medical field in Switzerland.
An exceptional team spirit, combined with the ability to adapt to various clinical situations, is sought. Compassion and empathy are essential to build trusting relationships with patients. Comfort with technological tools and a willingness for continuous learning complete the profile.

- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Strong organisational skills and priority management.
- Competence in nursing care and basic techniques.
- Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration.
- Empathy and dedication to patients.
- 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland MANDATORY
- Sense of responsibility and solution orientation.
- Minimum French level C1.
