Your tasks
In this key position, you will take overall responsibility for sales activities in the Zurich region market area and make a significant contribution to the successful further development of the company as well as to strengthening the market position of Ginesta Immobilien.

- Professional and personnel management of all branch managers in the Zurich region
- Strategic advice and support for complex marketing and development projects
- Support of branch managers in market development and acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of the existing network
- Co-evaluation and establishment of new locations
- Co-design and optimisation of internal processes to increase efficiency
Your profile
You are an inspiring, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded individual with a passion for real estate marketing. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed further education in the real estate sector (e.g. MAS Real Estate, federally certified real estate trustee, certified real estate appraiser FA, certified real estate marketer FA or equivalent)
- Additional business qualification in leadership, management or sales
- Several years of experience in real estate marketing, ideally in various disciplines in the greater Zurich area
- Deep understanding of the regional real estate market, its players and market mechanisms
- Proven success in acquisition and marketing of properties in the mid to upper price segment
- Experience in leading teams at multiple locations or in matrix structures
- Knowledge in strategic planning and implementation of marketing and PR measures
- Confident handling of CRM systems, digital marketing platforms and MS Office
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, very good English skills
