Job Description
- Provide comprehensive patient care to promote autonomy, maintain well-being, and anticipate follow-up care
- Maintain clinical reasoning to optimise the quality of care and patient safety.
- Adopt a clinical approach tailored to the patient’s pain
- Demonstrate versatility (general surgery, medicine, oncology...)
- Ensure compliance with current procedures.
- Adhere to institutional policy, actively participating in the continuous improvement of practices
- Support the integration of new colleagues and students
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent training recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Experience preferred in surgical services; night work is an advantage
- Organisational skills, analytical ability, stress management
- Native French speaker or excellent proficiency required
- Foreign languages are an asset
- Additional specialised training welcome
