Head of Production (d/w/m)

In this role, you take overall responsibility for our production organisation and actively shape a stable, efficient, and future-proof production. You work closely with Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Management, bringing structure to planning, processes, and workflows.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for production: Leading and further developing production as well as ensuring output, quality, and stable processes in day-to-day business including audit readiness
• Planning & control: Responsibility for production and personnel planning in close coordination with Supply Chain Management and Sales
• Efficiency & working capital: Managing quantities, inventories, and productivity with a focus on costs, efficiency, and capital commitment
• Processes & systems: Building clear structures as well as standardising and continuously developing processes and systems including active involvement in shaping the ERP (Odoo)
• Leadership & scaling: Leading, developing the team, and building a scalable, less person-dependent production organisation

Your profile

• Solid production experience: Several years of experience in production, ideally in food production, gastronomy, or FMCG
• Strong leadership & execution: Proven leadership experience combined with clear planning and implementation skills
• Operational and strategic presence: Ability to understand day-to-day business in detail and translate it into strategic decisions
• Scaling & systems: Experience in building and further developing production structures as well as handling ERP systems and planning tools
• Entrepreneurship: Structured, decisive, and independent working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality and understanding of working capital
