Your tasks include, among others:
Professional service to guests
Sales and communication of recommendations
Preparation and follow-up work for a professional and efficient service
Adherence to and implementation of service standards
Co-responsibility for tidy and clean restaurants
Qualifications
Ideally, you bring the following:
A completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
First professional experience in upscale service
You speak German and English
Strong communication skills, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Good knowledge in wine, spirits, and bar knowledge
Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance at all times
The ambition to improve yourself and our house a little every day
