What you can achieve
- You operate our packaging machines and ensure that the cheese not only tastes good but also looks damn good
- When the machine "makes cheese" mistakes, you stay calm and fix it.
- You make sure that every package is so perfect that even the holes in Emmental cheese turn green with envy.
- You confidently lead your line through every shift - including team, pace, and good mood.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training plus practical experience in the food industry - you know what runs smoothly.
- Standing still is not an option: You contribute ideas, optimize processes, do things better today than yesterday, and don’t just say: "It has always been like this."
- SAP is not a mysterious spell to you and inventory management is not a foreign word.
- We have 2-3 shift operations, sometimes also day shifts, depending on the season. That’s okay for you - you are flexible and mobile.
- Quality, hygiene, and safety are not "nice to have" for you, but law.
- You speak fluent German.
