DieLANDIEinsiedeln AG is a regionally well-rooted company with around 30 motivated employees. We operate a LANDI store, trade products for agriculture, run a LAVEBA shop with AGROLA gas station, and are active in the firewood and fuel trade.
For our LANDI store in Einsiedeln (SZ), we are looking for you by arrangement as
LANDI Store Manager / Deputy Managing Director
The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:
As a customer-oriented and friendly personality, you inspire our loyal customers and provide competent information. As store manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the LANDI store. You implement sales activities and are responsible for personnel planning including three apprentices. You actively work in the LANDI store. Stocking deliveries is part of your duties as well as responsibility for cleanliness and order in the LANDI store. You report directly to the managing director and take over his deputy role in his absence.
Your profile:
- Experience in retail and in a comparable position desirable
- Flexible, independent and precise working style, resilient and orderly
- Customer-oriented and friendly way of thinking and acting
- Leadership experience an advantage
- Open-minded, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Familiar with and connected to the Einsiedeln region
- Career changers also welcome
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
