For a controlling role close to operational business, we are looking for an analytical personality who turns numbers into understandable decision-making bases and drives improvements together with the specialist departments.
- Coordination of budget and forecast in collaboration with the department heads
- Analysis of result developments, cost structures and plan deviations
- Conducting profitability calculations and assessing planned investments
- Further development of cost centre accounting and operational key figures
- Support with monthly closings and coordination with accounting
- Improvement of data preparation and automation of recurring evaluations
- Several years of experience in controlling and good understanding of financial accounting
- Confidence in budgeting, forecasting and interpreting business management key figures
- Very good Excel skills and experience with an ERP system
- Knowledge of Power BI or comparable analysis tools is an advantage
- Ability to present results clearly and develop solutions with the specialist departments
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Scope for design in reporting, key figures and planning processes
- Versatile combination of analysis, consulting and project work

Tasks

Profile
- Degree in business administration or further training with a focus on finance and controlling- Several years of experience in controlling and good understanding of financial accounting
- Confidence in budgeting, forecasting and interpreting business management key figures
- Very good Excel skills and experience with an ERP system
- Knowledge of Power BI or comparable analysis tools is an advantage
- Ability to present results clearly and develop solutions with the specialist departments
- Very good German skills and good English skills
