Senior Project Manager
With experience in AMO and/or RMO
Your responsibilities
You support project owners in the management and realisation of their construction projects, from initial considerations to completion. Attuned to their expectations, you translate them into clear objectives and realistic solutions, while ensuring respect for qualitative, financial and time-related issues. You contribute to defining specifications, analyse project feasibility and surround yourself with the necessary expertise for their successful execution. As a true interface between the various stakeholders, you coordinate contractors, companies and partners, structure exchanges and ensure the smooth flow of information. Close to your clients, you advise them in their decision-making and provide regular reporting on the progress of operations. Both operational and strategic, you maintain a global vision of the projects at all times and actively contribute to their success.
Your profile
Reliable, committed and pragmatic, you have a sense of responsibility and are recognised for your ability to advance projects. Your listening skills, interpersonal ease and architectural sensitivity allow you to understand the expectations of your interlocutors and to unite partners with diverse interests. Endowed with natural leadership, you appreciate collaborative work while knowing how to take a step back and maintain a global and strategic vision. Holder of a higher education degree in architecture, engineering or an equivalent field, you have acquired confirmed experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland. Ideally with experience in AMO, RMO or a comparable role, you master the Swiss construction environment, its actors, processes and administrative procedures.
