What you can achieve
- Responsible for SLA and stakeholder management
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through effective planning, monitoring and control of services
- Responsibility for KPI management and reporting
- Continuous analysis and improvement of IT services in the sense of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) including implementation of optimisation potentials
- Establishment and further development of an agile service governance to ensure transparent decision-making processes, clear responsibilities and flexible management of IT services
- Creating and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as regular reporting and documentation of service performance
What you bring with you
- Completed higher vocational training or university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Strong technical understanding of complex ICT infrastructures and projects
- Several years of professional experience in agile ICT service management with ITIL processes
- User knowledge of the ITIL 4 framework
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe is an advantage
- Knowledge in contract and partner management is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- High customer and service orientation as well as sensitivity to user needs
- Basic knowledge of technical documentation is an advantage
- Fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
