Ensuring data reliability and reporting to support strategic real estate decisions
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Portfolio Management Manager, with a matrix link to the Finance and Investments Department, you are responsible for the quality of data and financial information of the real estate service. You produce the monthly portfolio management report (rents, charges, vacancies, yields), control the data provided by the property managers, and verify their consistency with contracted services. You monitor performance indicators by property manager and by building, produce consolidated dashboards, and ensure the identification and follow-up of anomalies or discrepancies. You manage and enrich the service's statistical database (work costs, average rents, charges, lease schedules) and contribute to the files presented to governance bodies. By ensuring this first quality filter, you enable the service to focus on strategic analysis.
Your profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC supplemented by higher education (Federal Diploma, ES, HES in finance, accounting, management control) or a Bachelor’s degree (in finance, economics, management), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, financial reporting, or financial data analysis, ideally in real estate or within a financial institution. You have advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, macros) and are comfortable with BI tools. Recognised for your absolute rigour, analytical mind, and critical sense, you do not merely produce figures but question their consistency. Autonomous and responsive, you know how to organise your work and communicate your analyses clearly to non-technical interlocutors. Experience in management control in the real estate sector or a good knowledge of real estate management processes is highly desirable.
