HR Business Partner 80-100%, ON SITE

• Advice and support for line managers as well as employees on all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Sparring partner for line managers in workforce planning, succession, employee development, disciplinary management and leadership
• Management and coordination of recruitment and internal mobility processes, in close collaboration with line managers
• Monitoring of long-term absences and support for employees’ professional reintegration efforts
• Active participation in cross-functional HR projects as well as in the development and optimisation of HR processes
• Facilitation and intervention at recurring HR events or training sessions
• Higher education in human resource management (federal HR certificate or Bachelor’s degree) and at least 2 years of professional experience in an equivalent or similar position (ideally in an industrial environment)
• Proficiency in Swiss labour law
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Personality with excellent communication skills, trustworthy, service-oriented and possessing strong interpersonal intelligence
• Autonomous and solution-oriented working method, combined with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to assert oneself, excellent stress resistance and strong team spirit

Fluency in German or French at a negotiation level, as well as very good knowledge of the other language.
