• plan, develop and conduct introductory, specialist and sales training
• accompany new employees during their induction and ensure a successful start
• coach employees in their daily work and support them in their professional and personal development
• develop and continuously optimise modern training and learning concepts as well as training materials
• analyse quality and performance indicators and derive targeted development and training measures from them
• support the introduction of new products, services and processes with appropriate training concepts
• actively participate in projects and contribute your ideas to the further development of our customer centre
• if necessary, work operationally in day-to-day business and competently advise our customers on basic banking products via video and telephone

• several years of experience in customer service, ideally in the financial sector
• experience in training, coaching or developing employees
• a further qualification in adult education (SVEB) or a comparable qualification
• fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form as well as the ability to confidently conduct training and coaching in both languages
• joy in inspiring, motivating and sustainably developing people
• convincing communication skills and a confident manner
• an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• willingness to regularly commute between the Gümligen and Biel locations
