Junior System Engineer Microsoft (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support customers by phone, remote maintenance or on site with IT problems and ensure quick solutions
You actively assist with the installation, setup and maintenance of workstations, printers and peripheral devices
In addition, you manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments and support the introduction of industry software
You document support cases thoroughly and take on simple administration tasks as well as user training
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or have comparable practical experience
Initial experience in 1st/2nd level support as well as good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and hardware are advantageous
You ideally already have an interest in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
Your customer orientation, reliable and solution-oriented working style distinguish you; a category B driving licence and your own vehicle are required
