Your area of responsibility

  • Analysis of existing processes as well as identification and implementation of optimisation potentials regarding quality, costs, delivery capability and productivity
  • Moderation and leadership of lean workshops
  • Training and coaching of managers and employees in lean methods and problem-solving techniques
  • Introduction and further development of standards
  • Support of value stream analyses as well as derivation and implementation of corresponding measures
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for continuous improvement of company processes
  • Monitoring of relevant key figures and ensuring sustainable implementation of improvement measures

    • Your profile

  • Technical or business administration basic training with corresponding further education in lean management, process management or operational excellence
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment as well as proven experience in implementing lean projects
  • Good knowledge of lean methods such as 5S, SMED, value stream analysis, shopfloor management and CIP
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident appearance with the ability to win employees and managers over to change
  • High initiative, assertiveness and implementation strength
  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with a hands-on mentality
