Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the Fixed Income & Multi Asset team
- Responsibility for the management and further development of the ZugerKB bond fund as well as the bond mandates
- Responsibility for the design, control and further development of the multi-asset product range as well as investment solutions for private and institutional clients
- Active participation in shaping the strategic and tactical asset allocation as well as the investment process as a member of the investment committee
- Development of well-founded investment decisions based on market, macro and company analyses
- Further development of existing investment approaches and development of new product solutions
- Support of client advisors in private banking as well as close cooperation with internal and external specialists on demanding investment and client matters
- Representation of the Investment Office towards clients, business partners and at specialist events
- Building and maintaining a relevant network with asset managers, banks, research providers and other market participants
Our Requirements
- Several years of successful experience as a portfolio manager in the fixed income area with proven track record and sound expertise in interest rates, credit and portfolio construction
- Several years of leadership or coaching experience as well as proven ability to successfully develop teams
- University or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on finance, economics or a related field
- Advanced training in investment business (e.g. CFA, CIIA, FRM or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of international financial markets as well as various asset classes and instruments
- Experience in presenting complex investment topics to different stakeholder groups
- High customer and market orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Precise, target group-oriented communication in German and English
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and networked thinking combined with a high degree of initiative
- Enjoyment in further developing investment approaches and product solutions
