Your role with us
You are a responsible, mindful and humorous personality and can identify with the vision of SalZH and live and implement it in everyday life with the children and the team.
As a group leader, you plan, organise and shape the daily routine of your group with commitment and overview. You accompany each child individually and create, together with your team, an environment that enables security, comfort and development.
With your ideas, your professional competence, flexibility and your heart, you lead a small team and contribute to an atmosphere in which children and staff feel comfortable, can develop and grow.
What you bring with you
- Recognised training in childcare (FaBe Child, Childhood Pedagogy HF, ...)
- Joy in relationships, development and teamwork
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility and humour
- Identification with the values of SalZH
- Experience in training apprentices and interns
