Main tasks:
– Accompanying our customers during the claims settlement
- Independent handling of bodywork damages
- Preparing cost estimates
- Negotiations with insurance companies
– Accompanying, monitoring and assisting with bodywork repairs
- Checking external paintwork
- Assisting in the workshop customer service
Requirements:
– Completed apprenticeship in the automotive sector as a mechanic, bodywork panel beater or painter
– Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent in German (spoken/written)
- Good IT skills
– Resilient and a team player
