Line Leader Production Frozen Products
For over 100 years, Louis Ditzler AG has been producing and distributing frozen vegetables, frozen fruits, and chestnut specialties throughout Switzerland. As a market-leading production company, we support our regional cultivation partners from sowing to harvest and place our efforts for sustainable production at the center. Our range is complemented by selected fruit raw materials, for example for yogurt or ice cream.
We are looking for a competent
Line Leader Production Frozen Products
to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Operating, monitoring, setting up, and converting machines and systems for the production of frozen products
- Ensuring smooth order processing and achieving planned productivity and quality targets
- Performing cleaning and functional checks
- Proper behavior in case of deviations and disturbances on the line
- Leading the assigned team (training, instructing, motivating)
- Compliance with and implementation of all specifications (processes, safety, hygiene, and quality)
Our requirements profile:
- Completed vocational training in the food sector or technical vocational training
- Professional experience in the food industry
- High affinity for technical processes as well as computer-supported production
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Open to change processes (automation / digitalization)
- Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays during the high season
- Social competence and resilience
