This is what your daily routine looks like
- You take overall responsibility for all processes from admission to discharge of the residents and ensure professional and service-oriented care quality in the interest of the residents.
- You take over the operational, personnel, and professional management of the nursing and activation care area.
- You recruit, lead, and develop employees in line with the company’s objectives.
- In cooperation with the operations management, you ensure quality development and economic efficiency within personnel and financial guidelines.
This is how you impress us
- A completed education as a nursing specialist at tertiary level and further training (ideally in leadership and organization). An additional plus is if you have already gained leadership experience.
- High professional and social competence combined with entrepreneurial, responsible, and networked thinking and acting.
- Strong resilience and very good communication skills.
- Furthermore, you already have solid IT skills and at least 2 years of experience in long-term care. Ideally, you have experience with RAI or are willing to acquire this knowledge.
- You enjoy working with elderly people and find fulfillment in your daily work.
