- You are the contact person for supervisors and employees in all phases of the employee life cycle. You advise and support the line in operational and strategic issues as well as the annual processes
- You accompany the recruitment of management positions and participate in training on HR and leadership topics
- You actively contribute to the implementation and further development of the HRBP portfolio along the HR roadmap

- You have a professional certificate as an HR specialist or a university degree with a focus on HRM
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- You work agile, independently, and reliably
- You are a winning personality with composure, high consulting competence, and pronounced communication skills
