You appreciate independent work in a small, well-coordinated team and are ready to contribute your experience and knowledge? As a "host" at the Hohmad Clinic, you coordinate and take care of the concerns of our patients, attending physicians, visitors, as well as other internal and external parties.
The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement

What Awaits You
- Support and representation of the Head of Patient Administration & Hospitality
- Leadership and professional guidance of the team
- Optimisation and further development of administrative processes
- Ensuring smooth patient admission and care
- Collaboration with internal and external partners (medical team, nursing, insurance companies)
How You Convince Us
- Federal VET Diploma as commercial clerk and/or basic or further medical training
- Business management training (e.g. hospital specialist with federal certificate or equivalent qualification)
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in the health and/or health insurance sector with in-depth tariff knowledge
- Strong communication skills, resilience and organisational talent
- Leadership experience is an advantage
