Skills
- Erforderlich ist eine Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson oder gleichwertig.
- Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und Umgang mit älteren Menschen.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit sind notwendig.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. For the Heinrichsbad location, we are looking for an employee by arrangement
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents during the night in a sensitive, competent and needs-oriented manner in their home.
- You take on the house responsibility during the night and ensure a smooth process.
- You create an atmosphere of calm, safety and trust with your professional and social skills.
- You advise and support the night watch team at the Heinrichsbad location as well as in the Ebnet and Dreilinden houses professionally.
- You act competently and prudently in challenging situations and thus contribute to a high quality of care during the night.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- You bring professional experience in long-term care and enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly people.
- You have experience with the nursing documentation ePDoc and are confident in digital documentation.
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing in German.
- You are a team player and contribute to good cooperation with your reliable and appreciative manner.
