- Doer: You repair tools and equipment directly and straightforwardly.

Your Profile: What You Bring to the Track
- Foundation: Completed training in the metal industry (locksmith, metalworker or similar).
- Craftsmanship: You have experience in electric welding.
- Language: You communicate fluently and confidently in German.
- Mobile: You hold a driving licence categories B and BE (trailer).
- Leadership: You have the talent to motivate, coordinate small teams and pitch in.
