Somewhat hidden between the old town houses of the dreamy, idyllic Nägelihof (probably one of the most beautiful courtyards in Zurich), our restaurant Mère Catherine with the bar Le Philosophe brings a touch of French charm and Mediterranean ambience to Zurich's Niederdorf.

Main tasks
• Cooking all "à la Carte" dishes and daily menus
• Preparing the mise en place
• Strictly adhering to the specified recipes
• Assisting in the management of other station staff
• Compliance with production regulations and quality criteria
• Participation in daily meetings as well as monthly meetings
Professional requirements
• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Sound knowledge of classic Mediterranean and Swiss cuisine with contemporary and creative interpretation.
• Enjoyment of food trends
