- Analyse and apply control plans ensuring their compliance with quality requirements, and participate in the implementation of new control plans if necessary
- Perform visual inspections
- Provide support in managing measuring equipment: maintenance, calibration, adjustment of periodicity, evaluation of new external providers
- Monitor non-conformities
- Training in quality field TQ0 / TQ1
- Mastery of watch components
- Experience in watchmaking in Switzerland (non-negotiable)
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in French
- Mastery of control tools
- Strong ability to analyse technical situations
- Dynamism, curiosity, problem-solving aptitude, communication skills with various types of interlocutors
