Ensure the supply and storage of medicines according to best practice.

Manage invoice validation interface in the billing process during the absence of their direct colleague.

Manage the Central Store in support and during the absence of the Logistician.

Responsibilities

Manage e-mails

Manage telephone calls

Check deliveries

Stock merchandise (physical and digital)

Ensure the supply of the Pharmacy stock (physical and digital) by ensuring product availability.

Ensure the supply of service stocks (physical and digital)
-
Control and adjust the central pharmacy stock (digital, supply) while ensuring its rotation.

Manage expiry dates in Opale.

Process returns of merchandise.

Participate in cleaning and maintenance of the Pharmacy

Search for and create new items according to procedure
-
Search for and propose equivalent medicines in case of stock shortage from the usual supplier
-
Gather useful information for the proper use of medicines and transmit it

File and keep the central pharmacy documentation up to date

Participate in physical inventory, as needed

Under delegation, conduct certain research and comparative studies

Participate in internal training courses

Inform services of the status of their pharmacy orders

At the request of their superior, take part in working groups

Support department heads in managing their medicine stock by providing useful information.

At the request of services, provide information on medicines, within the limits of their knowledge and skills.

Immediately report any stock discrepancies found in narcotics to their Referent.

Ensure supply and establish the balance of Narcotics.

Close the Narcotics sheets

Validate invoices in Opale during the absences of their direct colleague.

Process prescriptions for International patients.
SCOPE, CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES OF THE POSITION
Central role in supporting the purchasing manager and management in decision-making regarding supplier choice direction.
Required profile for the position
Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a pharmacy assistant.
At least 3 years of experience.
Experience in a similar institution.
