Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager 60-70% (m/f/d)
We are an ambitious team aiming to be one of the best in the region. We want to be recognised not only by existing employees but also by candidates. Sounds ambitious? It is. In this diverse recruiting role, you will be part of our small but fine recruiting team and the following tasks await you.
What to expect from us:
- You take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, especially for specialised IT and software roles, but also for operations, sales, marketing and product management.
- You ensure a first-class candidate experience from the first contact and continuously optimise our processes for an excellent candidate journey.
- You conduct initial interviews together with the line managers and use structured, competency-based interviews to sustainably ensure the quality of our hires.
- You take care of the ongoing identification and evaluation of new active sourcing and talent acquisition platforms.
- Where appropriate, you carry out ongoing talent acquisition activities to expand our talent pools and specifically approach talents in networks such as LinkedIn via active sourcing.
- You are ready to work on topics such as employer branding or the careers page in the medium term.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed an apprenticeship and ideally further training in HR.
- You are successful in in-house recruiting, have several years of experience – ideally in the tech sector – and are confident in using competency-based questioning techniques.
- You have very good social media skills and are proficient in addressing the right talents via the right channel.
- You are a doer – for you, the result counts, i.e. finding and hiring the best talents for bexio. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and work closely with hiring managers across all areas to sharpen job profiles.
- You have good oral and written communication skills in German and English. French is a plus.
- You are characterised by high self-organisation and a quick response time.
- As this vacancy is a part-time position, the workload must be spread over at least 4, ideally 5 days.
