- Programming: You create, optimise and adapt CNC programmes for complex workpieces (ideally via CAM system).
- Setup: You independently set up modern CNC machining centres (turning and milling) and equip them for production.
- Manufacturing: You monitor the manufacturing process of individual parts, prototypes or small series.
- Quality: You continuously perform first-piece and in-process inspections with precise measuring instruments to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Optimising: You further develop manufacturing strategies and optimise existing tool and cutting data.
- Training: Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ (focus on manufacturing technology advantageous).
- Experience: Solid experience in CNC manufacturing (turning and/or milling).
- Software: Ideally, you have experience with CAM software.
- Controls: Sound knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens).
- Working Method: You work extremely precisely, quality-conscious, independently and bring a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Infrastructure: A state-of-the-art machine park with the latest CNC centres and CAD/CAM workstations.
