Contribute
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the Cardiology Department with focus areas: General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Pacemaker Implantations, Cardiac Imaging (CT, MRI) as well as outpatient rehabilitation
- Ensuring a high-quality, evidence-based and economical cardiological care for the Zurich lowlands
- Further development of outpatient and inpatient services as well as diagnostic and therapeutic processes
- Promotion, coaching and development of medical and healthcare staff as well as active participation in training and education
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the hospital's specialist departments, participation in the medical clinic's duty roster and partnership networking with general practitioners, referrers and regional partners
- Shaping the strategic development of the medical clinic and cardiological care in the Zurich lowlands
Bring
- Specialist title in Cardiology as well as specialist title in General Internal Medicine or equivalent recognised qualification
- Several years of clinical experience with proven expertise in outpatient and inpatient cardiology
- Integrative leadership skills and enthusiasm for supporting staff and fostering a values- and strengths-oriented leadership culture
- High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced quality and service orientation
