Your new role
In this varied and demanding role within the Controlling team of the Finance Department, you will advise and support the departments of the city administration in budgeting and financial planning. You will contribute to analyses and reporting within the budgeting process and annual accounts, and share responsibility for the operation and further development of the Abacus ERP system. Additionally, you will take on further tasks within the team and in projects as needed.
This position is for you if you...
- have a degree from a university of applied sciences or university in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting or finance;
- bring professional experience in controlling;
- work efficiently, reliably, independently and solution-oriented;
- are a team-oriented, open, convincing and resilient personality;
- enjoy achieving goals together with the departments of the city administration;
- are proficient in handling ERP systems; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage

Your department
The Finance Department acts as an internal service provider for financial and business management issues of the entire city administration and advises the City Council on economic and financial matters. It includes the departments of City Accounting and Controlling, central procurement coordination, as well as a staff unit. You will report to the Head of Controlling.
