Service Specialist 80% - 100% (m/f), Restaurant Schützenhaus - Basel
The focus is on the à la carte restaurant in the "Gartensaal" as well as in the rustic section, the "Schluuch". These two restaurants can accommodate up to 160 people. Additionally, the "Schützenhaus" offers three beautiful banquet rooms, the largest of which, the "Schützensaal", can seat up to 180 people. During the summer, an additional 300 seats are available in the garden and on the newly designed terrace.
We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as:
Service Specialist 80% - 100% (m/f), Restaurant Schützenhaus
Your main tasks:
- Courteous guest service
- Expert advice to guests and recommendations on food, wines and drinks
- Preparing the service (mise en place)
- Serving food and drinks
- Creating guest bills
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- General cleaning duties
You bring with you:
- Completed service apprenticeship and several years of professional experience
- Reliable, independent personality with high social competence (team cohesion) and customer orientation
- Practical role model
- High initiative and implementation strength
- Good spoken German skills, knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- You are passionate and love to provide guests with a unique experience
