Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the nursing process including the nursing models and concepts applied at LUKS
• You ensure the quality of nursing at ward level in cooperation with the department management and are jointly responsible for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts
• You work in an interprofessional environment (doctors, nursing, therapists) and take on the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration
• Your commitment to the introduction of new employees as well as to the instruction, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance

Your experience

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a comparable field and already bring relevant professional experience in practical nursing
• You are characterised by a high level of professional and personal competence, want to work at the highest quality level and have an interest in haematological, nephrological, gastroenterological as well as general medical conditions
• You demonstrate pronounced social skills and convince in sensitive dealings with patients and their relatives. Your empathetic and appreciative communication contributes significantly to the positive care and well-being of our clients
