YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 7 team members
- Further development of employees as well as software development processes, tools, and methods
- Participation in the design and implementation of the group-wide digitization strategy
- Collaboration within the framework of the digitization strategy both across locations and with internal departments (e.g., Group IT)
- Communication and presentation of strategic concepts and solutions – also at the management level
- Monitoring technological trends (e.g.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in a technical or technical-economic course of study with a focus on software development, digital systems, or technological innovation (e.g., computer science, business informatics, software development, etc.)
- Several years of experience in software product development – ideally in an industrial or mobility-related environment
- Preferably initial personnel leadership experience
- Several years of programming experience in a high-level language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)
- Proficient use of MS Office 365
- German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
- Willingness to travel about 20% nationally and internationally
