Your main tasks
- Advising and administrative support of the Co-Head of Department including preparation and follow-up of meetings, minute-taking and internal communication
- Organisation and execution of events as well as leading and accompanying working groups
- Participation in agile projects and city-wide initiatives for the continuous development of the department
- Optimisation, digitalisation and documentation of processes as well as creation of templates and instructions
- Support of Central Services, supervision of apprentices and interns
- First-level support for IT questions and applications of artificial intelligence
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in an assistant or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills, independent and structured working style as well as a good sense of priorities
- Curious interest in working with a co-leadership and enjoyment of an open, partnership-based and solution-oriented exchange
- Very good written and oral communication skills as well as interest in working with different stakeholders
- High digital affinity, confident handling of common IT applications as well as interest in process optimisation and artificial intelligence
