Your role
Ensure the production of the offer by managing personnel and rolling stock resources. Manage degraded or disrupted operational situations, employee absences, delays impacting production, etc., in collaboration with traffic controllers and partner companies.
Control, adapt and keep up to date the short-term personnel planning, respecting the rules (Ldt, LHand, standards, directives, etc.).
Monitor and update various systems according to events (RCS ALEA, Infosoft, SAEIV DiLoc Motion, EMS SKI, etc.) in collaboration with traffic controllers.
Inform the relevant MOB personnel of various disruptions via defined communication channels, in collaboration with Operations.
Collaborate in establishing sub-annual planning in compliance with the legal bases for passenger personnel and rolling stock.
Ensure follow-up on the repair of reported defects on rolling stock.

The profile we are looking for
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee in Public Transport or equivalent with knowledge in personnel planning.
3 years of experience in a public transport company.
Continuing education on operational principles and concepts (field, reserved decisions, substitute transport, passenger information, production plan, etc.). LDT/OLDT training is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations. You demonstrate very good stress resistance and a constructively critical attitude. You have a sense of organisation and rigor in following procedures. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You show customer orientation, the ability to anticipate and make decisions based on defined criteria. You are proactive and show commitment to continuous improvement.
You have a B2 level in German.
You are willing to work regularly during weekends and public holidays (shift work). You reside within approximately 30 km of Montreux (maximum 30 minutes travel time).
