• Manage renewable energy projects from A to Z: acquisition, planning, execution and post-installation monitoring
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial, public and municipal sectors
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with local stakeholders: municipalities, companies, technical and institutional partners
• Prepare technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams
• Conduct market studies and profitability analyses.
• Coordinate stakeholders: engineering offices, suppliers, authorities, owners
• Represent AEW Energie AG at professional events and strengthen our presence in French-speaking Switzerland
• Monitor project performance and propose optimisation measures.
• Evaluate new technologies and software related to renewable energies

• Technical training (ideally electrician, low/medium voltage network electrician, energy or photovoltaics) with project management experience
• Proven experience in business development and project management in the energy sector
• Excellent knowledge of the economic and institutional fabric of French-speaking Switzerland, particularly local dynamics in the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, Jura, Fribourg and Geneva
• Communication, negotiation and customer orientation skills.
• Very good command of French (spoken and written), good command of German (level B1/B2)
• Knowledge of energy systems, project profitability and digital tools
