Contract Law and Data Protection Lawyer, 80 - 100%
Your tasks – our position
- Draft and review contracts with various contractual partners, including healthcare providers, as well as draft and optimise contract templates
- Manage contracts using a contract management tool, in collaboration with the secretariat
- Participate in the implementation of the hospital's data protection and information security strategy
- Contribute to the development of data protection documents and the implementation of data protection requirements and concepts
- Conduct legal analyses in data protection matters, particularly regarding data processing, prior controls, and data protection impact assessments
- Advise and train various specialised departments on data protection law
- Develop and optimise processes in the areas of contract law and data protection law
- Coordinate and monitor mandates entrusted to external parties
- Assist the head of the legal department and provide cover in their absence
Your skills – our expectations
- Swiss university degree in law (lic. iur., MLaw)
- Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge of the mentioned legal areas, preferably experience in the healthcare or hospital sector
- Independent, structured and rigorous working method
- Good priority management
- Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills
- Interest in active participation in the organisation and development of the department
- Proficiency in written and spoken German, as well as very good knowledge of French (level B2)
