Job Description

• Participate in managing trademark and design files in several countries and follow associated procedures: searches, filings, renewals, and dispute management
• Ensure updates in the intellectual property database
• Work closely with intellectual property consulting firms
• Provide support to the department in various administrative activities and manage document digitisation

Profile

• Higher education desired
• Residence in Switzerland

Required Qualities

• Experience in the field of intellectual property desired: trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions) and designs
• Ability to manage deadlines, precision, and attention to detail
• Fluency in French and English with very good writing skills in both languages
• Good team spirit and adaptability
• Proactivity and sense of initiative
