Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance work on all production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and machine reliability

• Performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Identifying causes of recurring technical faults and developing long-term solutions

• Analysing and repairing highly automated, complexly controlled machines (PLC controls, servo motors, sensors and actuators)

• Ensuring a rapid response time during machine downtime to minimise production losses

• Repairing electrical, electronic and mechanical components in compliance with company and industry standards

• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to develop and implement process optimisations

• Supporting installation and commissioning of machines and equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related field

• Several years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair of complex production machines

• Sound knowledge of automation technology, electrical control technology and mechanics

• Experience with PLC systems, sensors, actuators and industrial control systems is an advantage

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams

• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a structured working method

• High level of personal responsibility, reliability and independence

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Good English skills (B2 - C1)

• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
