These are your tasks

• You advise our internal & external guests as well as the patients
• You communicate with referring doctors, social services, insurers as well as patients or their relatives
• You support the team in patient administration and in the management and planning of room capacities in the clinic & spa area
• You are the first point of contact for appointment scheduling & consultation organisation

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant or medical secretary
• You have a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people
• You are a team player and a communicative person
• You have a professional, empathetic manner, a neat appearance and very good manners
• You speak German and English - additional languages are an advantage
