About the job
Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland. Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1,000 seats, and 22 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. In a unique historical setting, we offer an incomparable framework for a variety of social events.

You are part of a kitchen team of around 25 people
You actively participate in the design and preparation of a culinary high-quality and varied offer
You take responsibility and are flexibly deployable
Passing on your knowledge to our apprentices
You enjoy working in the à la carte area as well as in banquet services
As a passionate cook, you enjoy processing and integrating many products from our own production – from the estate farm, our own butcher's shop, cheese dairy, nursery, and fish farm –
If interested, there is the possibility to get insights into other areas such as our own cheese dairy, butcher's shop, or nursery
This is what you bring with you:
Training as a cook EFZ
Professional experience in the à la carte kitchen or enthusiasm to gain this experience
